The Oracle is a rearrangement of existing toxic rubble in McKay Bay. This bay located in Tampa, Florida rests one quarter of a mile from the city incinerator and The Desoto Elementary School. The structure is meant to reflect the juxtaposition of nearby institutions and expose the misuse of the bay. Its form is intended to serve as a scope encouraging the passerby to see what exists at this site.
